Anna Monet Studio is the San Francisco-based practice of artist and designer Anna Danilova, also known as Monet. Her contemporary sculptures and ritual objects connect experience in fashion and design with material research and cultural dialogue. Ceramic, stone, mirrors and mixed media are used to explore reflection, memory and the relationship between an object and its surroundings. Featured works include the ceramic and mirror Altar of Reflection, the wall sculpture Portal of Reflection and carved alabaster and calcite pieces. The studio works with collectors, curators and institutions on objects and installations that sit between contemporary art and design.
