ROBERTS | WOOD is Katie Roberts-Wood's design studio, established after her graduation from the Royal College of Art and centred on experimental garment construction. Her Masters collection, SYNCH, received International Talent Support's Collection of the Year and the Vogue Talents Award. The practice combines digital design with artisanal techniques, treating pattern cutting and fabric manipulation as ways to build three-dimensional textiles. Alongside limited runs and in-house made-to-order pieces, its KiT programme shares the studio's methods through downloadable sewing patterns and staged making projects. The Patchwork Series deliberately divides garments into smaller sections so that home sewists can reuse remnants, offcuts and unwanted fabrics in dresses, shirts, skirts, trousers and bags.
