David Falossi is a sculptor working from Falossi Studio in Yucca Valley, California, close to the rock formations of Joshua Tree. His practice combines carved stone with glass and metals, using the relationship between materials to explore human experience and the natural world. Bodies of work address creation, the human condition and qualities of life that extend beyond an individual moment. The portfolio ranges from intimate pieces to monumental public sculptures, including work for the Morongo Basin Transit Authority. He now collaborates with his son Christopher on projects and welcomes direct enquiries about commissions and newly completed sculpture.
