Eve Sladdin is an artist and printmaker based in Aberlady, East Lothian. Working from a home studio, she creates hand-carved linocuts inspired by local birds, plants and coastal landscapes, alongside black-and-white drawings of cities and places visited. She graduated in Fine Art and History of Art from the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art in 2017. Before establishing her studio practice, she worked in collections management for cultural and heritage organisations. Her prints are made in small editions, with the textures of relief printing contributing to their character. She also produces greeting cards and teaches introductory linocut workshops in her studio.
