studio PLATT is the Brussels furniture design and maker practice founded by Joe Platt. Platt studied architecture at TU Delft and worked in 3D printing and digital fabrication before moving toward furniture design and hands-on making. The studio puts material first, favouring recycled, reclaimed and sustainably sourced resources whose texture and previous life remain visible in the finished object. Its work includes limited-run pieces and bespoke commissions rather than anonymous mass production. studio PLATT welcomes collaboration with interior designers, architects and brands, connecting digital knowledge with careful workshop construction.
