Julie Solvstrom is a Danish designer, illustrator and lettering artist based in Vancouver, Canada. She graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Art and Design in 2017 and has since built an independent creative practice spanning illustration, typography and brand work. Her visual language uses vibrant colour, grain and texture, drawing inspiration from nature, poetry and human connection, while lettering often appears in bold and playful forms. Projects have included packaging, global brand campaigns, apparel, large-scale murals and publishing, alongside identity work for businesses. Solvstrom also produces prints, greeting cards and other products, maintaining a personal illustration practice alongside commissioned commercial projects.
