Dan Bright is a Bristol-based illustrator and printmaker who has run a freelance illustration practice since 2013. After studying fine art, he spent more than a decade working as a graphic designer in commercial environments before moving into independent illustration. His stated interest is visual storytelling that explains complex ideas with clarity and humour, and his client list includes science, technology, journalism and insurance organisations. The portfolio presents commissioned illustration alongside a separate art section, reflecting both commercial and personal work. He also makes linocut prints, with a selection available through his linked shop. His official biography lists the book Daddymonsters, published by Wee Boy Books in 2016, and invites enquiries from editorial designers, art directors, brands and individuals.
