Morrama is a London design and engineering studio founded and directed by Jo Barnard, developing physical products from early research through manufacture. Its team combines industrial design, engineering, research and strategy, with decisions informed by user needs, production constraints, cost and sustainability. The development process brings together prototyping, CAD, material and finish strategy, and technical detailing before preparation for tooling and production. Its project portfolio includes refillable personal care products, luggage, headphones and takeaway packaging, showing work across everyday consumer categories. Alongside commissioned projects, the studio undertakes Lab research into future scenarios, emerging technologies and material innovation, and supports manufacturing partners through sampling, testing and production challenges.
