Andrew Bryant is a self-taught generative artist living and working in Arlington, Virginia. His background is in economics and software development, and his first experience of programming came through statistical software used during his college studies. After moving into software work, he discovered generative art and began using custom code as the foundation of his own images. He also incorporates photographs he takes and pen plots he produces, connecting computational processes with physical image-making. His exhibition history includes a solo presentation at the main branch of Richmond Public Library in February 2023, alongside other shows in the Richmond region and beyond. His official site offers prints and pen plots in editions of ten unless a particular work states otherwise.
