iconwerk is the custom icon-design practice of Stefan Dziallas, creating visual systems for digital products. The practice presents icons as clear, useful elements within a larger system and invites collaboration with product design teams on individual projects. Its portfolio includes a custom system for Meta Workplace, the business communication platform combining chat, video, groups and intranet tools. A separate project for Tiffany translates distinctive brand references, including the Blue Box, the New York store entrance and jewellery forms, into simplified digital symbols. The work also includes a redesign of Skype's icon system and icons for Microsoft Teams, showing how the practice adapts iconography to both software functions and established brand identities.
