Alexandra Palmowski is a freelance surface pattern designer, textile artist and maker based in Manchester. Her background spans fashion, interiors, automotive design and lifestyle products, following studies in fashion print and a master's degree in Textiles at the Royal College of Art. Previous roles included print design for Orla Kiely and colour and material work for Jaguar Land Rover. Her independent practice explores strong colour, structure and graphic pattern across bespoke commissions and an archive of designs available to license. Although much of her work is developed digitally, she also translates two-dimensional patterns into cut-paper constructions. Her portfolio connects these material experiments with fabric collections and original printed artwork.
