Mona Sharma is an Ireland-based industrial designer and generalist working across physical products, strategy and future-facing design. Her experience spans consumer electronics, medical devices, packaging, sustainable systems and lifestyle products, and she describes her process as combining problem solving, hands-on making and planet-centred thinking.
Mona has held senior and industrial-design roles at Logitech, Novo Nordisk, Jabra and Færch, and has also completed freelance work for Gantri. She is currently open to new permanent or contract roles as well as creative collaborations and project work, including remote opportunities. Her portfolio places particular emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity and the relationship between technology and human needs, rather than treating industrial design as styling alone.
