Keefer Dunn is a licensed architect and sole practitioner based in Chicago. His independent practice supports projects ranging from initial consultations to renovations, additions and new construction, with an emphasis on clients rooted in their communities. He also assists other architects with permitting, technical design and architect-of-record services when additional professional support is needed. Alongside practice, he is an adjunct associate professor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and writes about architecture and politics. His experience combines building science and regulatory knowledge with a critical approach to how architecture affects everyday urban life.
