JYOCO is an independent jewellery studio in Poznan founded by designer, goldsmith and sculptor Joanna Krotofil-Owsian. Its practice connects sculptural form with traditional metalwork and precise gemstone setting. Joanna's background in working with three-dimensional forms was followed by professional goldsmith training and specialist study in microscopic diamond setting in Antwerp. Architecture, natural structures and contemporary sculpture inform the studio's artistic and bespoke pieces. Work is made to order, with clients able to discuss metals, finishes and gemstones as part of the design process. From initial sketches to the finished setting, the practice treats jewellery as both a wearable object and a form of personal expression.
