Dean Morris is an Australian board game designer based in London, working under the name Wombat Game Factory. He develops gateway-plus and mid-weight strategy games centred on spatial puzzles, often using tactile three-dimensional components that build upward as well as outward. Pacific Rails Inc. and Florence are published titles, while his website also presents prototypes and games being pitched to publishers. Projects include Fancy That!, Greener Pastures and Firefly Festival, exploring mechanisms such as engine building, route construction and evolving board layouts. Publisher resources include sell sheets, rules and videos, with some prototypes playable in a browser. Prototype artwork is explicitly identified as placeholder rather than presented as finished commissioned illustration.
