MY STORYI started as a self-taught programmer with an art degree, which turned out to be the perfect foundation for a career spent bridging the gap between creative vision and technical reality. Over 20+ years, I've worked across the spectrum of digital creation—from hands-on development to creative direction to business leadership.
Most recently, as Director of AI Research & Development at Instrument, I led a team exploring how AI could enhance human capabilities rather than just automate tasks. We built prototypes that showed how AI could help people learn better, create more freely, and work more effectively. Each experiment taught us something new about the relationship between humans and AI.
What makes me different is that I can both envision solutions and build them. I'm not just a consultant who points at whiteboards or creates PowerPoint decks—I'm a builder who turns ideas into working prototypes. This hands-on approach means I understand the real opportunities and challenges of implementing AI, not just the theory.
