Karolina Kruk-Umiecka is a graphic designer based in Gdansk, Poland, specialising in book design, editorial communication and illustration. Her practice brings together cover design, interior layouts, infographics and visual identities for publishers, authors and organisations. With more than a decade of experience, she focuses on organising complex material into clear and engaging visual structures. The portfolio includes both publication work and broader visual design, showing how the same attention to information can be applied across different formats. Alongside printed projects, she develops branding and digital design. She approaches books, identities and websites as functional communication tools whose visual character should support the content.
