Felix Koziol is a freelance motion designer, animation director and independent creative based in Hamburg. His practice spans animated films, 3D imagery and digital experiences for brands, agencies, studios and companies. He develops projects from an initial idea into a visual concept, bringing together narrative structure, design and animation rather than treating these as separate production stages. With more than two decades of experience, he can join larger studio teams or lead smaller commissions from concept to final delivery. He previously co-founded and led a creative studio, and now works from his Hamburg studio with a network of freelancers and specialists when a project needs a broader team. He offers freelance support both remotely and on location.
