George Hatzis is an independent product design lead working mainly with early-stage teams. His experience includes leading design in growing companies, shaping multiple products from zero to one, creating proofs of concept for fundraising and building design systems from the ground up. He works fractionally with founders to turn uncertain ideas into a realistic product direction, balancing curiosity with the practical constraints of a young business. Collaboration and iteration are central to the process, with decisions developed alongside the people responsible for product and engineering. Hatzis is suited to teams that need senior product judgement before a full internal design function makes sense.
