Angello Torres is a Peru-born graphic artist and freelance designer based in Buenos Aires, where he studied graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires. Before working independently, he spent years in branding and web studios as an art director and lead designer. His current practice crosses brand identity, UI design, illustration, posters, packaging and art direction, with projects that frequently combine several of those disciplines. Torres also maintains an experimental poster practice focused on the digitisation and compression of information, mixing collage, metaphor and avant-garde graphic language. His portfolio presents design as an intentionally strong visual position, using dense composition and expressive systems rather than neutral corporate styling.
